All paid subscriptions renew automatically until they are cancelled by the account holder. Accounts may be cancelled from the 'Billing' section of an account holder's account or by emailing support@tallyspace.com
Subscriptions are billed ahead of their service period monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen
Acccounts with a credit card on file will be automatically charged on their renewal date. If a credit card cannot be charged, the account will be subject to suspension until payment is made.
Accounts paying by check are invoiced on their renewal date and payment is due immediately. If payment is not received within 30 days, the account is subject to suspension and a 20% collection fee.
It is the account owner's responsilbity to cancel this automatically renewing subscription if they do not want to be billed. Failure to use the service shall not serve as grounds for refund or voiding of invoices once the renewal date has passed.
TallySpace reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: failure to pay, SMS abuse, and abuse of free trial signups
Accounts that are suspended may have their SMS phone number removed and their previous voting results deleted. These items may not be recoverable once the account is reinstated.
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number.
After joining, you have the option of importing your student and/or staff information. This information is collected only to identify and filter voters and candidates.

Address, phone, and email addresses collected when you register are used to contact you for billing and customer support purposes. We periodically send emails to inform our users of updates to the site. These emails always contain an unsubscribe link to opt-out of future mailings.
Information about students, staff, and voters is used for voting and auditing purposes only. That information is never used to contact them nor is it sold or transferred to third parties.
No mobile information (neither from the account holder nor voters) will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes nor any other purpose. We retain opt-in/consent data internally and may share this information with our SMS provider, but this information will not be shared with any other third parties nor sold.
